Hotel Vasanta uses necessary browser storage to remember your decision. Google Analytics is optional and is not loaded until you explicitly accept analytics. Accepting and rejecting are offered at the same level. You can change or withdraw consent at any time using Cookie settings in the footer. Refusal does not prevent browsing or contacting us.

Storage and providers

• hv_cookie_preferences_v1: first-party localStorage (not an HTTP cookie), records chosen categories, consent version and dates. Expires logically after six months; reviewed on visits and removed/replaced when expired.
• hv_cookie_storage_failed_v1: necessary sessionStorage safety marker used only after a storage failure, for the lifetime of this tab. Prevents an older analytics grant being reused after an unsuccessful save.
• _ga and _ga_ESRD28N5S2: first-party Google Analytics 4 cookies, only after consent. Distinguish browsers and maintain session measurement. Configured maximum lifetime: 180 days from creation, without automatic renewal.
• Google Maps: on the Location page, the map is not requested automatically. A separate Load Google map button permits a connection to Google for that page. Google may receive your IP, browser data and use cookies such as NID, SOCS or CONSENT depending on your Google session and browser. These third-party identifiers and lifetimes are controlled by Google and may change; consult its policy before loading. Reload without clicking the button to stop loading the map.
• Advertising: no advertising provider is installed. Advertising consent remains denied; the advertising control is unavailable.

Google Analytics and Consent Mode

Property measurement ID: G-ESRD28N5S2. Uses basic consent mode: no Google Analytics script or measurement request is sent before analytics consent. We do not enable Google Signals or advertising personalisation. On withdrawal we disable analytics, remove accessible first-party Google measurement cookies and reload the page if Analytics was running. We cannot delete third-party or HttpOnly cookies set by another domain; manage those through your browser.
